Dubba FAQ

How does Dubba work?

  • It’s simple! Once you enter your delivery location, you will see the nearest Dubba pickup points to you

  • After selecting one, you will be able to see when the next Dubba delivery is scheduled and which restaurant(s) are participating

  • Make your selections and submit your individual order through the Dubba website

  • We’ll handle the rest! All that’s left to do is to collect your food at the designated time as per the pickup instructions for your location

How do I sign up?

How can I make payments?

  • We are currently accepting credit card, Venmo, PayPal, and Apple Pay through our payment processing partner, Stripe

  • If you load larger sums of money to your Dubba wallet, you can receive discounts of up to 5%

How do I communicate with my delivery partner?

  • Because of the large order volume and the number of order recipients, communicating with your delivery partner can be tricky for everyone involved

  • Instead, you’ll be able to see your delivery status on the website, as well as detailed instructions on how to find your food once it is dropped off

  • Don't worry! Your delivery partner will notify you through the app if there are any issues, or even if they are just running a few minutes late

What if I can’t find my food?

What if there’s an issue with my order?

  • We will work with the restaurant to find out what went wrong, and refund you for the missing items with a discount code for your next order

How do I request a new location on Dubba?

  • Whether you want more frequent delivery to your usual pickup spot, a new location to be added to Dubba, or a one-time delivery of a large order for a new location, we’ve got you covered!

  • Use this form to request a Dubba delivery, and we’ll jump right on it!
